Registration and General Information
Congress Date and Place
7–10 October 2026, Dokuz Eylül University, 15 July Health Campus, Founding Academics Conference Hall, İnciraltı/Balçova, İzmir.
Congress Language
The congress language is Turkish and English.
Associate Professorship Criteria
Our conference meets the relevant criteria set out in Article 8(b) of the Higher Education Council’s criteria for the title of associate professor.
Paper Submissions
Abstracts will only be accepted via the online abstract submission system on the conference website.
Permits
Invitation letters requested for submission to organisations will be sent to participants who have completed the registration process.
Registration Desk
The registration desk will be open from 7 to 10 October 2026, between 09.00 and 18.00.
Congress Participation Certificate
A certificate of attendance will be issued to all participants at the conference.
Congress Name Badge
All participants will be issued with a name badge. Should you lose or forget yours, please contact the registration desk.

Services Included in the Registration Fee and Explanations
- VAT is included in the registration fees.
- Student enrolment A valid student ID must be presented.
- The registration fee includes participation in the scientific programme, conference materials, a certificate of attendance, the online proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks.
- For papers accepted by the scientific committee for presentation as an oral talk or poster to be included in the programme, the registration fee must have been paid.
- Scientific programme of the congress listener Participation is also possible in this way. To participate as an audience member, you must register via the registration system.
- Participants in the ‘other author’ category may receive a certificate provided they pay the registration fee. Registration as an ‘other author’ must be completed via the registration system.
Payment Options
For credit card and instalment payments, the total amount may vary depending on the bank’s commission.
Invoices and Documents
- Invoice requests can be submitted via the system at the time of registration.
- Participation certificates will be shared online via the system.
Registration Cancellation and Change Conditions
- Cancellation requests must be notified to ATLAX in writing.
- For cancellation requests made up to 19 July 2026, of the payment may be refunded.
- Cancellation and refund requests received after 19 July 2026 will not be processed.
- All refunds will be processed after the conference.

The submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the congress scientific committee and at least two scientific referees (blind review); the suitability and acceptance of the papers to be presented in the congress and the form of presentation will be decided by the Scientific Committee.
