Submission and Writing Rules
Abstract submissions will be accepted via the online system only.
Abstracts submitted by post, fax or email will not be considered.
General Rules
- The authors are required to pay the full congress registration fee. Maximum 2 declaration will be accepted. Additional paper fee will be charged for more papers.
- Abstracts sent by post, fax or e-mail will not be evaluated.
- Proceedings only online notification system must be sent via.
- The online system allows you to edit your paper right up until the final submission deadline and keeps your work saved.
- Proceedings only abstract paper must be prepared in Turkish or English.
- Papers should be prepared in accordance with the specified spelling rules.
- The Scientific Committee has the right to accept or reject papers.
- Accepted and presented papers will be published in the congress abstract book.
- Papers, upon the authors’ request full text can also be included in the book.
- Provided that the paper is deemed suitable by the paper assessment panel and approved by the authors, the research paper “Perspectives in Palliative and Home Care” It will be published in the journal. The journal is indexed in Index Copernicus.
- In order for the accepted papers to be published, the author who will make the presentation must notify the author after acceptance. Complete the registration process within 3 days required.
- Deadline for submission of abstracts: 15 September 2026
- Notifications sent to the system cannot be deleted or changed.
- Mandatory fields must be filled in completely during submission.
- The evaluation results will be automatically sent to the e-mail address registered in the system.

Ethical Approval
- In scientific research ethics committee approval The receipt should be indicated in the text of the paper.
Proceedings Printing and Publication
- Congress proceedings book, after the congress online will be published on the website.
Writing Rules
- Papers should be prepared in accordance with Turkish or English grammar rules.
- Proceedings Research or compilation type.
- Title, author names (without title) and institution names should start with a capital letter.
- Proceedings 300-500 words must be between.
- Abstracts should be structured and include the following sections:
- Background and Aim
- Materials and Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
- Keywords
- Abbreviations should be written clearly in the first use and should be indicated in brackets.
- Number of keywords 3-5 must be between.
- Turkish keywords TBT, English keywords MeSH must comply with the standards.
Paper Presentation Form
- Papers, following evaluation by the Scientific Committee oral or poster is recognised as.
- Poster presentations e-poster format.
- The presentation language can be Turkish or English.

Congress Evaluation Process
The submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the congress scientific committee and at least two scientific referees (blind review); the suitability and acceptance of the papers to be presented in the congress and the form of presentation will be decided by the Scientific Committee.
